Are these templates free?
Yes. You can use any template on the free plan, which includes 5 new surveys and 150 total responses per month across your account. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Can I change the questions?
Yes. Reword, reorder, delete or add your own before you share.
Do participants need an account?
No. They open your link, answer the questions, and are done. Responses are anonymous by default.
